Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all kinds of raw materials.
Step 2: soak jujube and wolfberry in cold water.
Step 3: pour into the pot and cook together.
Step 4: take out the boiler to cool.
Step 5: peel the jujube and pound the wolfberry into mud.
Step 6: pour in the softened maltose and honey and stir well.
Step 7: if there is a cooking machine, it will be more delicate to put it into the cooking machine.
Step 8: place for one day until the raw materials are fully absorbed and fused, and drink with warm boiled water.
Materials required:
Jujube: 500g
Wolfberry: 100g
Maltose: 100g
Honey: 500g
Note: because there is honey in it, you should add water below 60 degrees when flushing to avoid damaging the nutritional components of honey. If you have donkey hide gelatin, you can add some better effect. If you don't have maltose, you can directly use honey, jujube and wolfberry.
