Chicken rice with coriander

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken, control the water content, add oil, salt and chicken essence, marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2: dice carrots, peas and corn.
Step 3: Chop garlic and onion and set aside.
Step 4: Smash coriander with a little water.
