Production steps:
Step 1: select red beans with full granules, determine the number of red beans according to the production amount, generally 250-500g, add water and simmer with low heat until the red beans split from the middle.
Step 2: drain the boiled red beans, put them into the utensils, add brown sugar according to my personal preference, and add a little orange peel to improve the taste.
Step 3: squeeze the beans into mud with a spoon or other object.
Step 4: 1000 g of dough, add a small spoon of edible alkali, knead evenly repeatedly.
Step 5: divide the kneaded flour into equal parts, knead the flour evenly and roll it into a thick middle and thin side cake.
Step 6: put the right amount of red bean paste into the flour cake, pinch out the flower fold and close the mouth.
Step 7: brush the drawer with oil, put in the steamed buns, steam for 15 minutes over high heat, then steam for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
Step 8: you can steam all kinds of steamed stuffed buns and meats in the same way, as long as it's the stuffing you like. This is steamed stuffed bun with bean curd, carrot and leek.
