Roasted squid feet
Introduction:
"Today, I cleaned up the refrigerator and found that the squid I bought a year ago had not finished. I tried to bake this dish. I felt it tasted good, so I shared it with you! Production steps:
Step 1: clean 500 grams of squid
Step 2: slice the onion and squid feet.
Step 3: put the squid slices into a large bowl and add all the ingredients.
Step 4: spread tin foil on the baking pan, spread small onion slices on the bottom of the baking pan, and mix the squid slices and seasoning evenly.
Step 5: pour the squid slices on top of the onion evenly, sprinkle with ginger and some scallions.
Step 6: preheat oven for 3 minutes, temperature 200 degrees, put into the baking plate, bake for 15 minutes, take out the baking plate, sprinkle coriander section and the rest of the onion.
Materials required:
Squid feet: 500g
Carrot pudding: right amount
Coriander section: moderate
Onion: 3
Sweet sauce: 10g
Hot pepper noodles: 1 tsp
Cooking wine: 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce: 0.5 tbsp
Chicken powder: 1 tsp
Chili oil: 1 tsp
Scallion: 1 tsp
Ginger powder: 1 tsp
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Note: add seasoning to squid feet, stir well, marinate for 10 minutes, then bake to make it fully tasty; oven temperature should not exceed 200 degrees, time should not exceed 15 minutes, the purpose is to retain the original flavor of the food.
