Production steps:
Step 1: carve the white radish into the neck of a swan.
Step 2: cut the carrot into a very small cylindrical shape and use a toothpick to pierce into the head to make eyes.
Step 3: soak the swan's head in cold water.
Step 4: take another white radish and simply carve it into the body of a swan.
Step 5: take the stem of Lentinus edodes and divide it into several small pieces, slightly round, boil water for two minutes, ready for decoration.
Step 6: carve a small hole on one end of the Swan body with chopsticks, and prepare to hold the neck of the swan.
Step 7: remove the golden pumpkin and scoop the middle melon meat with a spoon.
Step 8: put pumpkin meat and soup into a small pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 9: add the processed "Swan body" and simmer for another three minutes.
Step 10: take out the stewed "Swan body", put the starch into a small bowl, add appropriate amount of water to make water, put the starch into the soup, turn off the fire.
Step 11: assemble the swan and set the shape.
Step 12: hook up the sauce and pour in the pumpkin juice, and then place the Lentinus edodes in the pebbles.
