Christmas Gingerbread bear

Introduction:

"Gingerbread is like a Christmas biscuit. Small biscuits with ginger flavor and full of fun, such as gingerbread man, gingerbread house, gingerbread bear... "

Production steps:

Step 1: pour the low powder, brown sugar, sugar powder, cinnamon powder and ginger powder into the bowl;

Step 2: add the remaining ingredients into the mixed powder;

Step 3: knead the dough by hand and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. (at the beginning of kneading, the dough surface will be rough. Continue to knead patiently for a while until the dough is smooth;

Step 4: put the loose dough on the chopping board and roll it into a thin sheet with a thickness of about 0.3cm; (if the chopping board is not big enough, divide the dough into several small parts and roll them in several times)

Step 5: use various shapes of molds to carve biscuit models on the rolled dough; (the picture is baby bear's model)

Step 6: place the gingerbread on the baking plate;

Step 7: break up the eggs and mix them with water to form egg liquid. Brush a layer of egg water on the gingerbread and let it rest for about 20 minutes. Brush another layer of egg water and put it into the preheated oven. The middle layer is heated up and down for 180 degrees. About 12 minutes, bake until you like to color it.

Step 8: because I didn't plan to paint, I used the simplest way to beautify it - toothpick pricking ~ ~ ha ha ~ I'm too lazy!
