Baked potatoes (potato balls)

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the potatoes into small pieces, put them in a container that can be used in the microwave oven, put 1 teaspoon of water, cover them and sting for 15 minutes.
Step 2: mash the potatoes with a large spoon. Add 1 / 2 tsp salt, 1 / 4 tsp sugar and 1 / 8 TSP white pepper. Stir well in one direction.
Step 3: use your hand or 1 / 2 tbsp measuring spoon to make it into a ball. It doesn't matter if it's not too round. If you eat at home, you can average the amount of each ball by using the measuring spoon. You can also shape it into a round shape and put it on a spray or oiled baking plate. If you like, it's OK to lay tin foil on the bottom, but the bottom of the baked pea ball won't be too round. Just push it a few times with a rubber shovel.
Step 4: mix zhaoshao sauce and soy sauce into a bowl of juice. The consistency of all kinds of zhaoshao sauce is different. If it is too thick, add appropriate amount of water to dilute.
Step 5: spread the bowl juice on the surface of the potato ball, put it in the preheated oven, about 400F, 10-15 minutes.
