Production steps:
Step 1: prepare dried kelp.
Step 2: rinse the kelp surface and soak it in warm water.
Step 3: clean the soaked kelp and cut it into slices.
Step 4: slice the meat and ginger, cut off the onion, red pepper and green pepper, and smash the garlic.
