Sweet potato balls

Sweet potato balls

Introduction:

"The delicious snacks in the hotel can be easily made at home --- remember three points: 1. Knead the sweet potato dough well, 2. Wrap a layer of egg yolk liquid, 3. When frying, fry it slowly over low heat and turn it frequently to make it evenly heated."

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and steam the sweet potato. (steamed sweet potatoes are easy to peel)

Step 2: peel the steamed sweet potato and press it into sweet potato paste with a spoon.

Step 3: add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour. (try adding glutinous rice flour. I didn't add a drop of water here.)

Step 4: make a soft dough. (knead evenly without touching hands)

Step 5: knead into strips and divide into the same small dosage forms.

Step 6: knead into a ball. (rub more in your hand)

Step 7: break up the yolks, put the sweet potato balls in and roll.

Step 8: put the sweet potato balls with egg yolk into the bread bran bowl and wrap them with bread bran.

Step 9: after covered with bread bran, knead with hands, knead evenly.

Step 10: heat the oil for 50%, put in sweet potato balls, fry them slowly over low heat, turn them frequently, and heat them evenly. Fry well and fish out.

Step 11: you can add milk powder, butter, cheese, condensed milk and so on according to your preference. It's a flavor again. You can try it if you like.

Step 12: make a good embryo, package and send it to others.
