Production steps:

Step 2: wash two bowls of red beans and put them into a pressure cooker. I use SUPOR electric pressure cooker, 5L. Add water to scale 6. The diameter of rock sugar is about four centimeters and two large pieces.
Step 3: break the glutinous rice and add a bowl of water. I added a little bit of unbroken glutinous rice, which is a bit biting. Don't add anything that you like to be very smooth. Put ten hawthorn and glutinous rice together in an iron basin (I use it like Tang porcelain basin, as long as it can withstand high temperature).
Step 4: I use an electric pressure cooker. In order to save trouble, put red beans, hawthorn and glutinous rice together in the pressure cooker, press the soup button once, take out the glutinous rice and hawthorn basin after venting, a small amount of red bean water overflows into the glutinous rice basin, and the glutinous rice becomes the lavender you see; then press the soup button, and the red beans will be soft and rotten after venting. The water is boiling out. If there is more water, it doesn't matter. It can be frozen as red bean juice and drenched in sweet water.
You can also heat separately, red beans pressure cooker, press the beans button to heat. Put hawthorn and glutinous rice into the steamer for 20 minutes.
Step 5: ready to load. Take two hawthorn on the plate, and then take a large spoon of red beans, sprinkle with glutinous rice paste, glutinous rice is smooth, sticky and soft, with sour Hawthorn flavor.
