Introduction:
"My dad likes pastries... I don't want to make it because I'm old. It's nothing else. This biscuit is a little sweet. Because the original formula of sugar is 150g, I reduce the amount of sugar... But I think it's a little sweet.. But LG said, if you want to eat, you can bake some. It's right to think about it. You reduce the sugar and bake this biscuit... It's crisp... And when I'm free at night.. Hey, modify the picture.... Here's a "red wine with biscuits."
Production steps:
Step 1: soften the butter at room temperature, add the egg and sugar, and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2: sift the low flour, baking powder and stinky powder, then add them into the butter.
Step 3: combine the dough by cutting and mixing
Step 4: divide the dough into small dosage forms of 23 grams each.
Step 5: knead the divided preparation into a small ball.
Step 6: put it in the baking pan. Press a small hole in the middle with your finger.
Step 7: brush the egg liquid evenly after pressing, let it dry naturally, and then brush it for the second time.
Step 8: after the second brushing and drying, add walnuts for decoration (no or no), and bake in a 170 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Step 9: watch your oven and adjust the temperature properly... Because everyone's oven is different in size and temperature. This is their own grasp, after baking out to cool plate can be eaten.
Step 10: after cooling, put it on the plate and eat it. Be sure to cool it... Because if it's not cool, it won't be crisp.
