Braised lentils

Introduction:

"Lentils are sweet in taste and flat in nature. They can return to the spleen and stomach meridians. They have the effects of invigorating the spleen, harmonizing the middle, supplementing qi, resolving dampness and relieving summer heat. Production steps:

Step 1: wash the lentils, break two or three pieces, set aside.

Step 2: oil in a hot pot, saute dried pepper, onion, ginger and garlic.

Step 3: pour in lentils and stir fry.
