Braised lentils
Introduction:
"Lentils are sweet in taste and flat in nature. They can return to the spleen and stomach meridians. They have the effects of invigorating the spleen, harmonizing the middle, supplementing qi, resolving dampness and relieving summer heat. They are suitable for people with cold and dampness in summer, acute gastroenteritis, dyspepsia, summer heat, headache, dizziness, nausea, irritability, thirst, abdominal pain and bad diet. They are especially suitable for cancer patients. Therefore, eating more lentils is good for human health
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the lentils, break two or three pieces, set aside.
Step 2: oil in a hot pot, saute dried pepper, onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 3: pour in lentils and stir fry.
Step 4: add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and stir well.
Step 5: add a bowl of hot water (bone soup is better), bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 6: add 1 teaspoon salt.
Step 7: add 2 tbsp sugar.
Step 8: add 1 teaspoon chicken essence, heat for 5 minutes, collect the soup, and then out of the pot.

Sugar: 2 teaspoons

Note: Braised lentils must be thoroughly burned to taste good.
