Introduction:

"I've always loved to eat oily tofu, but I'm afraid it will be too greasy to eat too much. So I thought of stewing with wax gourd, so that wax gourd can help dissolve the excess oil, and I can eat it at ease. This dish is soft and easy to eat. It's really suitable for old people and children

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the wax gourd, peel and cut into pieces.

Step 2: garnish the garlic, cut it into foam, and saute it in oil pan.

Step 5: pour in the Pearl tofu.

Step 6: add a little chicken powder and stir well.

Step 7: cover the pot and simmer for 8 minutes.
