Introduction:
"Tusi just eats like this, and it's boring to eat too much. A few days ago, I made Pu'er toast. Today, I also use "tea", a flower tea I like very much. If you don't need the tea, the whole toast will be dyed red, which is not good-looking. Just use the softened flowers and fruits as stuffing and wrap them in toast. The whole toast is full of floral and fruity fragrance, and the taste is very soft. I like it very much
Production steps:
Step 1: choose your favorite flower and fruit tea and soak it in cold water until soft. Because we don't use tea, we use flowers and fruits instead.
Step 2: break up the eggs, leave 2 teaspoons to brush the surface for a while, and mix the rest with the flour. Dry yeast is melted in a small amount of water and added to the flour.
Step 3: use the blender to mix evenly at low speed, then turn to high speed for 2 minutes until the dough is basically formed.
Step 4: cut the butter into small pieces and add them to the dough one by one. After mixing evenly at low speed, turn to high speed and stir until it is completely expanded. Then the complete film can be pulled out. Then add sugar and salt and stir well.
Step 5: pour the dough into the basin, put it in a warm place and ferment for about 75 minutes until the volume increases a lot. Poke the hole with your hand and it won't pop up.
Step 6: sift the flower and fruit tea and squeeze out the water.
Step 7: divide the dough into three parts evenly, exhaust, and press the long oval shape by hand. Put the flower and fruit tea on it. Spread as evenly as possible over the whole dough. I didn't spread it evenly at this step, so the tea made by the last toast didn't have a beautiful distribution.
Step 8: then roll up the dough and put it into a buttered toast box for final fermentation.
Step 9: when the dough is about the size of a toast box, brush with egg liquid. Put in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, about 30 minutes. Note that in 15-20 minutes when the surface color has been golden, need to cover tin foil continue to bake.
Step 10: slice the toast after cooling.

Huaguo tea: 6g
High gluten flour: 400g

Milk: 200g
Soft butter: 40g
Sugar: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: because the flower and fruit tea will have flower fragrance and fruit sweetness, the amount of sugar should be less than usual.
