Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and peel taro
Step 2: cut in half.
Step 3: cut into pieces and put into the steamer
Step 4: steam until it can be passed through with toothpick, about 10 minutes

Step 6: press into mud for use

Note: 1. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal preference. 2. It is easier to steam taro by slicing it into small pieces. 3. Add scallion oil to make it fragrant
