Production steps:
Step 1: prepare a bowl of rice noodles.
Step 2: after washing the soybean sprouts, control the dry water.
Step 3: chop the beef into minced meat, chop the onion, ginger and garlic. Put the chopped beef into a small bowl, add half of the onion, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
