Tea tree mushroom and spare ribs soup
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the spareribs and soak them in water for 30 minutes. This is after soaking
Step 2: wash the fresh Agrocybe aegerita and drain
Step 3: prepare a large soup pot and put all the ingredients except salt and monosodium glutamate into the soup pot
Step 4: cover with plastic wrap and steam for at least 2 hours. I didn't have a steamer, so I was in the rice cooker
Step 5: add salt when it is ready, and then add monosodium glutamate when it is out of the pot
Materials required:
Ribs: 400g
Fresh Agrocybe aegerita: 150g
Water: 1200ml
Ginger: moderate
Salt: 8g
MSG: 2G
Note: this portion can be enough for three people to drink. If the taste is light, you can put less salt. I think the soup steamed with plastic wrap is fresh, but the plastic wrap is toxic when heated. I don't know.
Production difficulty: simple
Process: steaming
Production time: several hours
Taste: light
