Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into slices and blanch it in boiling water to remove the beany smell.
Step 2: remove the skin of Luffa, wash and cut into slices, peel and slice tomato, slice ginger, cut scallion leaves into scallion and set aside.
Step 3: heat up the frying pan, add a little oil to heat it, add ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant, then pour in a large bowl of water to boil.
Step 4: add a shiyunsheng pig bone concentrated broth.
Step 5: add towel gourd after boiling.
Step 6: add tofu and cook for a while.

Note: Shi Yunsheng concentrated pig bone soup contains heavy salt, this soup should put less salt.
