Steamed pigeon with pickled mustard

Production steps:
Step 1: rinse the pigeon and slice it.
Step 2: first add salt to marinate, then add sugar powder and ginger powder to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: add mustard tuber before steaming.
Step 4: stir mustard and pigeon, then steam.
Step 5: steam for about 8 minutes, then sprinkle with scallions.
