Zero failure sweet and sour ribs
Introduction:
"I've seen some recipes of sweet and sour ribs, many of which need to be fried. Today I'm going to introduce to you that my method is very simple, but the taste is still strong
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the ribs into pieces and wash them.
Step 2: blanch in boiling water for a few minutes and remove.
Step 3: rinse the boiled spareribs with cold water to remove the foam and drain them for use.
Step 4: add oil into the pan, heat up and stir fry ginger slices until fragrant. Pour in the spareribs, stir fry slightly, and then remove the oil.
Step 5: pour boiling water into the pot. The amount of water is more than the spareribs.
Step 6: add seasoning to the pot: 100ml vinegar (10 spoons for eating), 15g rock sugar (about 7 / 8 pieces of rock sugar), 20ml raw soy sauce, 10ml yellow rice wine and 2 fragrant leaves.
Step 7: cover the pot and cook over high heat.
Step 8: about 20 minutes, turn down the heat and start to collect the soup. In the soup, to use a spatula constantly stir fry, so as not to paste the pot.
Step 9: the soup is basically dried, then turn off the heat and leave the pot.
Materials required:
Spare ribs: 300g
Ginger slices: right amount
Fragrant leaves: appropriate amount
Vinegar: 100ml
Rock sugar: 15g
Soy sauce: 20ml
Yellow rice wine: 10ml
Note: this approach to bold vinegar, vinegar can make ribs more easily rotten, and taste crisp. The amount of rock sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.
