Introduction:
"I haven't eaten soy sauce chicken for a long time, so I made it today."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash and chop the chicken (I bought chicken legs and wings, cut them when I bought them), and wait for the extra water to flow out
Step 2: slice the ginger, chop and set aside
Step 3: prepare the salt baked chicken powder
Step 4: slice the cucumber and set aside
Step 5: pour out the excess water, pour in the soy sauce (proper amount) and 10g salt baked chicken powder, marinate for about 10 minutes
Step 6: pour the oil into the pan, then pour in the ginger powder and stir fry it
Step 7: over medium heat, pour in chicken and fry for 2 minutes
Step 8: then turn over the other side and fry for 2 minutes
Step 9: pour in soy sauce and cook over low heat (cover with lid for 15 minutes, stir fry once during the time)
Step 10: after 15 minutes, it's ready
Step 11: arrange the slices of cucumber and serve them
Materials required:
Three and a half yellow chickens
Ginger powder: appropriate amount
Cucumber slice: moderate amount
Soy sauce: right amount
Oil: right amount
Note: the taste of this dish is a little bit leisurely. There is no water or salt in the whole process. The taste of raw soy sauce is more delicious (Weishida raw soy sauce). If you feel salty, you can add a little honey to taste.
