Papaya and tremella soup

Introduction:

"I bought a papaya. Half of it was eaten as a salad. The other half was cooked with a small Tremella. It's very beautiful!"

Production steps:

Step 1: material drawing, wash Tremella in advance.

Step 2: add water and boil the white fungus.

Step 3: peel and seed papaya.

Step 4: cut small pieces

Step 5: tremella soup, pour Hershey into papaya granules, and add rock sugar

Step 6: cook for another 5 minutes, then remove.

Rock sugar: right amount

Note: 1, papaya and rock sugar do not need to add too early. 2. Rock sugar can also be replaced with honey or sweet scented osmanthus sugar, which is very good to drink.
