Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare onion, ginger, garlic and coriander.

Step 2: prepare a kilo of potatoes and wash or peel them.

Step 3: put potato slices into water.

Step 4: boil water in the pan, add potato chips and blanch.

Step 5: remove the chips and let cool.

Step 6: take a bowl, put in chopped ginger and garlic, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, chili oil, zanthoxylum oil, sesame oil, coriander and scallion, mix well.

Scallion: right amount

MSG: half a teaspoon

Sugar: half a teaspoon

Sesame oil: a few drops

Zanthoxylum oil: a few drops

Chili oil: 1 teaspoon

Precautions: 1. Clean potatoes with water after slicing to remove starch. 2. Chilli oil, zanthoxylum oil and sesame oil are more fragrant.
