Old vinegar peanut

Old vinegar peanut

Introduction:

"It's the most traditional and popular small vegetarian dish. Rich in high-quality plant protein, vitamins, rich nutrition, spleen appetizer, increase appetite. In my way, using maple syrup as sweetener is better than using sugar and honey. Of course, no maple syrup can be used with honey. The key is that the sauce should be a little sticky. If it can be hung on peanuts, then the taste will be good enough

Step 4: dice the bell pepper and onion;

Step 5: put peanuts, onion and bell pepper into the salad bowl;

Step 6: put the vinegar, maple syrup (or honey), salt and sesame oil into a small bowl, and stir them into a sauce;

Step 7: pour the sauce into the peanuts and vegetables;

Step 8: mix well.
