Production steps:
Step 1: soak soybeans in advance, soak them before going to bed at night, grind them in the morning, grind soymilk with them, so add some peanuts and lilies
Step 2: put the soybeans and water into the soymilk machine, beat the soymilk in the juice mixing mode, filter it with gauze, and then put it into the pot to boil, turn the water to low heat and continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes
Step 3: fill the disposable water cup with water to dissolve lactone, and then introduce it into the electric rice cooker. When the cooked soybean milk is cooled to 90 degrees, the whole pot is raised and introduced into the electric rice cooker. Close the lid, press the heat preservation mode, and wait for 10 to 15 minutes to solidify into bean curd
Step 4: grind the bean curd into a bean curd grinder, wrap the gauze, and press on the weight
Step 5: the tenderness of tofu can be controlled by myself. I used two bowls of water pressure for an hour. If I want to eat something older, I can press it longer
