Introduction:

It's the most common home dish on the seaside people's table. It's not difficult to fry oysters. Stir sweet potato flour (or flour) with water to make a paste. Cut chives into small sections and pour them in. In order to make the finished product look good on the senses, I innovatively add a small amount of diced carrots, then add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and mix them well. Mix the washed fresh oyster meat, pour the mixed material into the oil pan, fry and turn over on both sides until the oysters are cooked. It's best to eat it while it's hot, with minced garlic, chili sauce and other seasonings

Production steps:

Step 1: Oyster 500g

Step 2: 200 grams of sweet potato powder, 4 eggs

Step 3: 100g chives and 50g carrots

Step 4: rinse the oysters with water for standby;

Step 5: take a container and pour sweet potato powder into the container

Step 6: put the eggs into the container and mix with sweet potato powder

Step 7: add appropriate amount of water

Step 8: separate and stir evenly to form a paste

Step 9: add salt to the sweet potato paste

Step 10: add the right amount of pepper

Step 11: pour the chopped chives and carrots into the sweet potato paste

Step 12: finally, pour the oyster meat into the paste, and stir gently

Step 13: heat in a pan, add cooking oil. When the oil is 50% hot, put the oyster paste into the pan and fry it over low heat

Step 14: fry on one side, then turn over and fry on the other side. When it's ripe, put it on the plate

Note: 1, oysters should be cleaned, some oyster meat with small oyster shell, must be clean, avoid eating hurt to the mouth; 2, sweet potato paste must be fully stirred, don't agglomerate, scoop into a line with a spoon can; 3, fried when the fire is not too fierce, to prevent burning, but also not too cooked.
