Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the vermicelli in cold water, then cut them into small pieces and soak the shrimps.

Step 5: divide the oily tofu on both sides, dig out the bean curd residue with a small spoon, leaving a complete tofu skin. Don't dig too clean!

Note: 1. It's easier to cut both sides of the bean curd, but it's difficult to seal; it's not easy to cut only one side, but it's easier to seal. 2. If you buy small pieces of oily tofu, you can make more, which will not affect the taste. 3. Don't waste the bean curd dregs. Add three eggs, scallions and soy sauce to mix them.
