Production steps:
Step 1: soak the vermicelli in cold water, then cut them into small pieces and soak the shrimps.

Step 5: divide the oily tofu on both sides, dig out the bean curd residue with a small spoon, leaving a complete tofu skin. Don't dig too clean!

Note: 1. It's easier to cut both sides of the bean curd, but it's difficult to seal; it's not easy to cut only one side, but it's easier to seal. 2.
