Production steps:

Step 1: wash the peppers and dry them in a well ventilated place

Step 2: peel and wash the garlic and dry it in a well ventilated place

Step 3: mash the garlic and pepper with a machine or a kitchen knife and put them in a bowl. Then put the wine in and stir well with the pepper!!

Step 4: pour the well stirred garlic, rice and pepper into a clean and dry bottle, seal it with a fresh-keeping bag, and then cover it. The chili sauce step is complete!! One more word! You have to wait about 5 days to eat it!! Because we have to wait until the wine is completely integrated into the pepper, and when the wine is completely integrated into the pepper, the pepper is very fragrant, and there is no wine, only fragrant pepper!!!
