Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare Xiancao powder and 100g water
Step 2: put Xiancao powder into stainless steel pot
Step 3: first pour in 100g water, mix the Xiancao powder well, then add the remaining 2900g water, and keep stirring until the Xiancao powder completely melts without particles.
Step 4: simmer over medium heat until boiling, then simmer for 3 minutes. During the mixing, to prevent paste off
Step 5: filter the Xiancao pulp while it is hot and put it in the fresh-keeping box.
Step 6: cover the box and refrigerate for a few hours
Step 7: when eating, use it to draw a circle on the wall of the preservation box to demould easily.
Step 8: cut it into cubes and match it with anything.

White granulated sugar: 20g
