Mini version of peach crisp
Introduction:
"The sisters work together, and the joy is boundless. Last night, my sister and I started to make this "mini version of peach crisp - Yikou crisp", without additives, preservatives, yummy taste
Production steps:
Step 1: add the egg yolk into the corn oil and beat it evenly with the manual beater. Sift the low gluten flour, baking powder and baking soda in advance, and mix them with the rest.
Step 2: add sugar powder and stir until melted.
Step 3: add the sifted powder and walnut powder broken by the cooking machine, and stir with a rubber scraper.
Step 4: knead it into a ball by hand (just a ball, don't over knead it).
Step 5: knead the dough into a circle and flatten it.
Step 6: put in the oven preheated 160 degrees in advance, middle 160 degrees for 15 minutes. (it will be more crispy after cooling)
Step 7: I forgot to brush the egg liquid on the surface. The effect of the finished product may not be good enough, but the taste is absolutely amazing to your taste buds. Come and have a try.
