[from wool rabbit. 】Stewed noodles with pork and ham with Scallion
Introduction:
"The following is a special try to make onion flavored pork ham stewed noodles today to comfort myself. Because someone said that I was tired of eating my soy sauce fried noodles and soy sauce fried rice, so I had a whim to see if I could cook noodles like spaghetti_ I can't believe it tastes really good! And I used sesame oil, it tastes delicious! Someone ate two big bowls
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare a bag of noodles (two for breakfast, one man and one woman), rich soup seasoning bag and tomato sauce (= = from the last hamburger).
Step 2: chop the garlic and set aside.
Step 3: chop the green onion and set aside. PS. be sure to keep scallion white. Scallion white has more scallion flavor than scallion green
Step 4: chop the ham and set aside. (Ps. ration according to personal preference. After eating, I think I cut a little too much.)
Step 5: the pork should be pickled in advance. I put some raw oil, barbecue sauce, and cornmeal in it. I grabbed it a few times and put it in the refrigerator for a night.
Step 6: bring the water to a boil and add noodles. Attention, be sure to stir noodles with chopsticks while cooking, otherwise it will stick to the pot.
Step 7: pick up the noodles in two to three minutes, put them in the net to cool the river, then pour in a little sesame oil (or raw oil), stir the noodles with chopsticks, and let the noodles mix with oil. This prevents the noodles from sticking together when they are dry.
Step 8: in a skillet, pour in peanut oil, stir fry garlic, then marinate pork, and continue to stir fry.
Step 9: stir fry the pork until it changes color, pour in the ham and continue to stir fry.
Step 10: after visual inspection, pour in a little water, stir fry twice, turn down the fire, pour in a small plate of water, and then pour in shiyunsheng thick alcohol soup, stir. O(∩_ ∩)O
Step 11: pour in the ketchup and continue to stir. O(∩_ (o) I think it's enough to not put salt. If you like salty, you can put salt, but it may become very salty.
Step 12: put the soup in the wok and let the noodles soak up.
Step 13: turn off the fire and sprinkle with chive o (∩)_ ∩)O
Step 14: before eating, please use chopsticks or fork to mix the noodles and chives evenly.
Step 15: if you like something more heroic, you can eat it directly with the pot (if your home is a non stick pot). If you like something more warm, you can fork up the noodles with a fork and enjoy them in the bowl bit by bit~
