Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: peel lotus root, wash and slice, chop garlic, cut green onion, cut red pepper into rings.

Step 2: put the cut lotus root slices into the pot to fry for about 1 minute, and set aside.

Step 3: stir fry garlic and red pepper in hot pot.

Step 4: add water, add sufu, beat well, add seasoning, pour into lotus root slices and simmer slightly.
