Production steps:

Step 1: put the egg, milk and honey into the basin, add the sugar and salt powder, and finally add the yeast to knead the dough until the surface is smooth.

Step 2: ferment the dough in a warm place to 2-2.5 times the size.

Step 3: take out the fermented dough and exhaust, divide it into 12 parts, round and relax for 10 minutes.

Step 4: take a portion of the dough and roll it out.

Step 5: roll up from top to bottom and continue to relax for 10 minutes.

Step 6: cut the dough out.

Step 8: spread butter on the baking pan and spread the dough in the baking pan.

Step 9: put it in a warm place for secondary fermentation, and finally brush the surface with egg liquid.

Step 10: preheat the oven at 220 ℃ and bake the dough for 12 minutes. Remove the dough immediately after baking.

High flour: 250g

Salt: 1g

Yeast: 3 G

Egg: 1

Honey: 30g

Milk: 70g

Fine granulated sugar: 30g

Sugar: 5g

Low flour: 10g

White Sesame: 20g

Butter: 10g

Note: 1. The bottom of the baking tray should be smeared with more oil, so that the bottom of the bread will be crisp. 2. Those who don't like the taste of honey can also neutralize the amount of honey with milk and sugar. 3. If you like, you can sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the surface.
