Introduction:

"Famian cake is a popular home-made pasta with golden skin, full of wheat aroma and fermented flavor. It is soft and delicious to eat. Production steps:

Step 1: pour flour, baking powder and sugar into the basin and mix well;

Step 2: the yeast is boiled with warm water;

Step 3: pour into the basin and stir into flocs;

Step 4: knead the dough with 1 spoonful of oil and wake up for 20 minutes;

Step 5: make the pastry, pour the oil into the flour and stir well, then add 1 teaspoon salt and mix well;

Step 7: roll up, close up and pinch tightly;

Materials required:

Flour: 200g

Yeast powder: 2G

Baking powder: 1g

Sugar: 5g

Warm water: 110 ml

Salad oil: (pastry) 25g

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Note: 1. The dough should be mixed slightly; 2. The dough needs no kneading and can be rolled out directly; 3. These ingredients are only used to make a piece of dough. It's just right for two people to eat. If more people use more ingredients, they can also be divided into small dosage forms.
