Chicken Feet with Pickled Peppers
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the fingernails off the chicken feet and cut them in half with a knife. This makes it easier to taste when soaking. When I bought it in the vegetable market, the store had already helped me to complete the previous steps.
Step 2: put water in the pot, first boil the chicken feet, remove the blood. Pour out the water and clean the chicken feet to ensure cleanliness
Step 3: add pepper, ginger, cooking wine and salt into the pot, cook for more than ten minutes, and then turn off the fire by puncturing the chicken feet with chopsticks.
Step 4: you can add star anise, cinnamon and other spices according to your preference.
Step 5: after the chicken feet are cooked, rinse them with cold water to remove the extra gum, which makes them more delicious. Put the wild pepper, onion, celery, chicken feet and salt into the prepared cold boiled water, and put them in the refrigerator for more than ten hours.
