Introduction:

Ougan is a kind of wide skinned citrus, a traditional fruit of Wenzhou. It is cultivated in all parts of Wenzhou, which is named because it was called Ouyue in ancient times. The mature orange is oblate, slightly convex and obovate in shape, with golden skin, few seeds, thick skin and juicy pulp. When eaten, it feels sweet first and then slightly bitter, and has a special flavor

Production steps:

Step 1: raw materials: Ougan (about 750g after peeling), 200g white sugar, lemon juice, maltose

Step 2: remove the skin of Ougan

Step 3: cut the seed in half

Step 4: put the processed oranges into the pot and add sugar

Step 5: boil over high heat, turn to low heat, and stir while boiling

Step 6: add a little lemon juice

Step 7: boil until the soup becomes less viscous, add 3 teaspoons maltose

Step 8: stir well and boil for a while, then turn off the heat

Step 9: seal and refrigerate after cooling
