Black sesame

Introduction:

"It's very common to use black sesame as food material. People will salivate when they smell its unique fragrance. It's the first time I use black sesame to make a cake. After the black sesame is cooked and ground into powder, the whole kitchen is full of fragrance. Before I make it, I feel that the cake must be very delicious. Sure enough, after tasting it, I have the idea to make it again! "

Step 5: sift in the low gluten flour, stir until there is no powder, and then add in the egg yolk

Step 6: stir well to make the yolk paste.

Step 7: put the egg white into a clean container, add the sugar in three times, stir until 9, and distribute (pull up the beater to make a slightly curved corner)

Step 8: Mix 1 / 3 of the beaten protein cream into the egg yolk paste

Step 9: then pour all the ingredients back into 2 / 3 of the protein cream and stir well again
