Production steps:
Step 1: break the beans and wash them
Step 2: wash bean sprouts
Step 3: cut pork into 5 mm thick slices, marinate with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and starch for 5 minutes, then fry until brown
Step 4: slice ginger and garlic for use
Step 5: stir fry
Step 6: add beans to stir fry until five, then add pork, add seasoning
Step 7: add bean sprouts when the bean is ripe, stir fry and simmer in warm water for 10 minutes, with water over the ingredients
Step 8: put the noodles on the steamer for 10 minutes. After tearing it off, spread it on the ingredients and steam for 8-10 minutes.
Step 9: open the mixture, mix the noodles and ingredients evenly, cover the pot, and simmer for 3 minutes at least!

Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
Bean paste: 1 teaspoon

Garlic: right amount
Note: put the ingredients on the noodles and let it simmer for 10 minutes
