Mango Ice Cream

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the required materials.
Step 2: add lemon juice and 40g sugar to the yolk.
Step 3: stir until white
Step 4: pour in the milk.
Step 5: mix well.
Step 6: put the small pot on the stove, turn on the small fire and stir it while boiling, so as not to paste the bottom.
Step 7: cook until thick, turn off the heat and let cool.
Step 8: mash mango meat with cooking machine.
Step 9: add the mango puree into the egg yolk paste.
Step 10: mix well.
Step 11: add 40 grams of sugar to the cream and whisk until 6-7 minutes.
Step 12: pour the mango paste into the whipped cream.
Step 13: stir well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 14: then pour into the ice cream bucket which has been frozen for more than 12 hours and stir for about 20 minutes. Finally, pour into the fresh-keeping box and freeze for 2 hours before eating.

Sugar: 80g
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Note: there is no ice cream machine, can be packed into two boxes, put in the freezer, take out every 1 hour, disturb, repeat 4-5 times.
