Production steps:
Step 1: clean the crucian carp and draw a few lines on the back.
Step 2: soften the peanuts.
Step 3: cut papaya into pieces
Step 4: Fry crucian carp on both sides of the frying pan and stir fry with scallion and ginger.

Note: when I make this soup, I will soak the crucian carp in the milk for hours, and then add half a cup of milk when cooking. The taste of the soup is very good, without any earthy smell, especially the strong smell of peanuts and papaya. I don't need more seasonings at all, just add a little salt, and the taste is quite good, which is also in line with the requirements of postpartum mother's less salt.
