Raisin bread
Introduction:

It tastes good and has a strong milk flavor. I didn't make this bread by hand. The whole process was handed over to the toaster. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: the crust of bread made by bread machine is generally hard, so I wrapped a layer of tin foil on the outer layer of bread barrel to prevent the crust from being too hard.
Step 3: pour the measured milk into the bread barrel, and then pour in the olive oil.
Step 4: salt, granulated sugar, milk powder, flour in turn, and finally dig a small hole in the upper part of the flour and put in yeast powder. Turn on the power of the bread maker, select the basic bread, and press the start button to make the bread maker work automatically (it takes 3 hours to make the basic bread.)
Step 5: rub the raisins with water to clean the sediment, and then control the water content. When the bread machine beeps, you can put in raisins. (I forgot to take a picture in this step)
Step 6: after 3 hours, the toaster is finished and the bread is baked. Take out the bread barrel and let the bread cool in the barrel for about 15 minutes.
Step 7: turn the bucket upside down, put the bread on the baking net from the inside of the bucket, and then cool for a few minutes. Slice the bread with a serrated knife.
Materials required:
Milk: 240 ml
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
3 / 4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
High gluten flour: 3 cups
Milk powder: 1.5 tbsp
Instant yeast powder: 1.5 TSP
Note: I use the special measuring cup of bread maker to measure the material. If there is no special measuring cup, please convert it into ordinary weight unit. 1 cup = 144g, 1 teaspoon = 15mg, 1 teaspoon = 5mg
