Meat pie

Meat pie

Introduction:

"There's a little meat left in dumplings. I'm too lazy to make dumplings any more. I think I'll just make pancakes, but it turns out to be quite popular."

Production steps:

Step 1: chop the green onion first.

Step 2: sprinkle some thin flour on the chopping board, roll the dough into pieces, about 1cm.

Step 3: spread the meat on the dough evenly with a spoon.

Step 4: Sprinkle sesame powder on the meat stuffing (this can be omitted, because I have leftover materials for making snacks, so I sprinkle it at will).

Step 5: Sprinkle minced meat with shallot;

Step 6: roll the crust into a strip from one direction;

Step 7: divide it into proper size.

Step 8: press both ends of the preparation with both hands, twist it into a twist and press it.

Step 9: roll it into a cake with a rolling pin, about 1cm thick. I use a cake pan. It can't be too thick

Step 10: put proper amount of oil in the cake pan and cook the cake.

Materials required:

Dough: moderate

Dumpling meat: right amount

Shallot: 2

Black sesame powder: appropriate amount

Chinese prickly ash noodles: right amount

Salt: right amount

Soy sauce: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Scallion: right amount

Ginger: right amount

Note: because the meat stuffing is leftover from dumplings, it has been mixed with good taste (onion, ginger, pepper noodles, soy sauce, salt, oil, chicken essence, etc.), and it is salty, so there is no need to add salt. I think the onion is a little less, so I add some onion.

Production difficulty: simple

Process: others

Production time: one hour

Taste: spiced
