Production steps:
Step 1: main ingredients: Oil tofu, pork.
Step 2: remove the skin of pork, rinse with water, wash several times. First slice, then shred, chop into minced meat.
Step 3: add monosodium glutamate, salt, five spice powder, white pepper and proper amount of soy sauce to the mashed meat, and stir well.
Step 4: wash the oily tofu with water for several times to remove the oil on the surface.

Step 7: according to the above method, put all the meat paste into the oily tofu.
Step 8: shred ginger and garlic, cut two sections of dry red pepper, and rinse the star anise with water.
Step 9: add ginger and garlic in hot oil pan to stir up the fragrance.
Step 10: add soy sauce and salt, add water, the height is about two-thirds of the tofu. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add a small amount of monosodium glutamate before leaving the pot.
