Noodles salad with squid
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put 2 tbsp Weilin, 1 tbsp sake, 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp water sauce into the pot (ratio = 2:1:3:1)
Step 2: add 2 tbsp apple puree, 1 tbsp onion puree, 1 / 2 tbsp ginger puree, 1 / 3 tbsp garlic puree, 1 / 4 lemon juice, 1 tbsp yellow mustard sauce and cook for 1 minute
Step 3: shred squid abdomen, blanch and set aside

Note: 1. If you can't buy Weilin, you can use brown sugar instead of rice wine. 2. Sake can also be replaced by rice wine or white wine according to personal taste
