White fungus, lotus seed and Lily

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash lotus seed and job's tears, soak for 2-3 hours before cooking

Step 2: soak Tremella in cool water

Step 3: wash the lily, break it off and pick the tremella into small flowers

Step 4: bring to a boil over high heat, add rock sugar and wolfberry, turn to low heat and cook for 30-40 minutes, then cook job's tears

Materials required:

Tremella: right amount

Fresh lily: 1 bag

Lotus seed: right amount

Job's tears: right amount

Wolfberry: moderate

Rock sugar: right amount

Note: lotus seeds with lotus heart, lotus heart can be cooked together, to the fire, eat when the lotus heart out. Soaking Coix and lotus seeds in advance can shorten the cooking time.
