Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: remove the pigskin of streaky pork and scrape it clean, then slice it for standby.

Step 2: peel ginger and garlic, wash and pound them into mud.

Step 3: put pork into a big bowl, add ginger, garlic and soy sauce, mix well.

Step 4: add 1 tbsp of old sauce and mix well.

Step 5: add proper amount of sesame oil, stir well and marinate for half an hour.
