Fried potato with bacon and tomato
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes about 1cm.
Step 2: blanch the diced dice in boiling water until well done.
Step 3: peel the tomato and cut into dices the size of potatoes, and cut the bacon into dices.
Step 4: peeled ginger and garlic, washed and chopped, cut pepper into sections and set aside.

Note: potatoes should not be too cooked when blanching, if not careful blanching out of powder, then stir fry the action should be small to light, lest the diced potatoes are fried. (but the powdered potatoes are also delicious.)
