Chixiang kelp silk
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak dried shredded kelp in water (about 2 hours), pour water into the pot, add shredded kelp and 2 tbsp white vinegar.
Step 2: bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes, then remove the shredded kelp.
Step 3: pour fresh water into the pot, put some refined salt, and the water should be no more than kelp.
Step 4: pour in a teaspoon of soy sauce.

Step 6: add shredded kelp cooked in white vinegar, simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, then collect the juice over high heat.
Step 7: put the cooked shredded kelp into a clean container and add proper amount of sesame oil.
Step 8: Sprinkle with cooked sesame and mix well.
