Curry Seafood Tofu Pot

Production steps:
Step 1: soup head: saute shallot green, ginger slices and shrimp shell with sesame oil, add 2 tbsp curry powder and 2 tbsp boiling water, mix and cook for 3 minutes, then strain out and set aside

Step 3: fried bean curd with sesame oil
Step 4: add shredded ginger, scallion and soup to cook
Step 5: add 1 / 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar to taste, add broccoli to mix and cook, then add seafood to mix and cook
Step 6: turn down the heat and thicken with 2 tbsp starch water
Step 7: add 2 tbsp coconut milk before cooking

If you choose a curry powder with flavor, the salt in step 5 should be prepared according to your own taste
