Sponge gourd and pig bone soup
Introduction:

There are many ways to eat loofah, loofah leaf can make loofah porridge, loofah tea; young loofah can be stir fried, cold; loofah flower can be eaten raw, soup, etc. This is my own towel gourd, with some shrimps. It's delicious in bone soup. There's no oil in the soup. It's light and delicious
Production steps:
Step 1: ingredients.
Step 2: soak pig bone in water and wash it.
Step 3: put the pot in cold water and add more water.
Step 4: peel luffa and cut into pieces.
Step 5: add a little cooking wine to shrimps, soak and wash.
Step 6: tie onion and slice ginger.
Step 7: when boiling, remove the foam from the bone soup. Add ginger and green onion to the mixture.
Step 8: simmer for about half an hour, add towel gourd soup.
Step 9: add the shrimps.
Step 10: Boil towel gourd and add salt to taste.
Step 11: fill the bowl.

Luffa: 200g
Ginger: right amount
Scallion: right amount
Cooking wine: moderate
Salt: right amount
Note: 1, pig bone if cold water into the pot, suitable to add more, the foam to clean. 2. The shrimps are soaked in flavored wine.
